The rice rolls were hard as if they were old, and the noodles on the rice noodles spread all over and were terrible. The flavor of the seasoning dominated the broth as if it was powdery bitter. please don't trade Selling garbage like this.

Far from fresh….Had a bowl of beef pho and pork belly banh mi, beef pho was just okay but the spring onion leafs in banh mi we’re old and covered with dust and sand…we literally wiped it off but decided not to put them back again….Poor food quality won’t come back

Food Court service: Basic & Fast. Disposable utensils are available at the pick up area.Bun Mee (Banh mi) Roast Pork Belly, $9.5: one bare hand opened the baguette, used tongs to handle the fillings. A bit clumsy. The amount of fillings was good with the price. Taste was not bad.Pork & Prawn Salad with Prawn crackers, $11: It's very good to separate the crackers and salad. Prawn crackers (~6 pcs in the paper bag) are kept crispy. There are 2 pale prawns (cut in half) and pork chops. The nuoc mum dressing on the bottom wasn't salty. Pork was tender.Ice coffee, ~$3.9: very sweet pre-packed coffee.

I was advised I ordered that there would be a 15 min wait on the dumplings. They were okay. Don’t know they were worth the wait. Would have like led some chilli too. The Bahn mi was great.

Ordered lemongrass beef noodle salad. Expected slices of freshly cooked beef with lemongrass flavour, however what I got was cold beef mince with no sign of lemongrass. Ate a bit of noodle and salad… not very satisfying

After read all their reviews on Google.I thought I would give it a try, I ordered bread roll with roast pork, pork was oily and smell of old food. The staff was so rude, I didn't know they were double charges me, until I got home and checked my bank account. Order 1 roast pork and 1 ice tea was$26. What a jokes. You should of check the efpost machine before Tap your phone.

The most tasteless Bahn mi that I’ve ever tasted. Two stars for the baguette and presentation. Sorry, but need serious work to be done on the taste.
