I went here with my Dad, and we were ushered to our cramped table. We read on the instructions that you jot down your order on a paper to order than ring the buzzer, and they collect your order. We pressed the buzzer several times only to be told by the waiter that that is not the way they do things anymore. Would have been nice if the instructions were updated. Didn't stay for the food, though, if they can't respond to buzzer on time or give timely customer service, how could you trust the food.

One of my go to place when i'm unsure what to eat. They are so reliable its easy to choose. Most of the menu are good. My favorite is the roti canai. The curry is just tasty enough and thick enough. The roti is so crispy. The perfect pair. I also like their dry egg noodle with chicken curry. The rendang is also superb. So just go and try. The only downside is they are on the pricey side. You get what you pay for. In terms of the drink its a bit of hit and miss but most of the time its pretty good too!

We enjoyed our lunch with the family today. Ordered our favourite chicken laksa, roti, me goreng, chicken with rice. Friendly staff and quick service. Their laksa has just the right spiciness with yummy noodles and chunks of chicken.

Some dishes are great. We only order Laksa and nasi lemek. Customet service is getting better. Have tried other dishes and they are not good, especially dumplings. Dumplings are flavourless, very little filling and thick sheet. Three miniature size dumpling for $7 is not worth at all.

Was great and food comes very quickly after ordering. Quite close to Cockburn Gateway and the slip road to Perth and Rockingham which is very convenient for travellers.Food was delicious and served by kind and friendly staff.

This PappaRich was my first ever experience with Malaysian food, and I have to say it was overall a good experience. Food was prepared fairly quick, tea drinks were nice and refreshing. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. The food itself was good, wouldn't say great but it was a good first experience. I would definitely go back again and try something new.

Asked for my Laksa to be hot, so they chopped 1/2 a chilli and then added $7 to the bill after I had already paid. Absolutely dodgy practice. If you order through Door Dash. Please check you bills.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. Malaysian Cuisine at it's finest and tastiest.Whether you feel like rotti or noodles there is something for everybody. They do amazing cold coffees and drinks. The desserts looked so delicious which we will try next time.I thought the prices were reasonable and the serves were generous.The meals are served really quick after ordering. Friendly and efficient wait staff. I will be back to try more delicious foods.
